This data will be kept securely and will not be shared unless required to by Australian law or for use of disputes. Your private information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 7 -10 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Red Roo, as soon as possible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item(s) purchased from redrooaustralia.com.au, please return it to us  within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher equal to the value paid for the item(s). Sale* items (excluding items advertised as ‘final’) can be returned for either an exchange or gift voucher valid for 12 months. Full price item(s) are valid for a refund and must be returned to our store (see address below for postage too) to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and ticketing which the goods came with/in are in original condition. If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from redrooaustralia.com.au.
